 $14 Australia wide shipping for orders under $50 and $12 shipping for orders over $51 
 (excluding furniture and larger/heavier bulky products).
All orders are processed in 1-3 business days and sent during weekdays through Australia Post or Sendle.
Or free pick up from Caboolture.
Please note some of the home decor items cannot be posted.
Unfortunately international shipping is not available.

We accept bank transfer, cash, visa, PayPal and major credit cards. Afterpay also available.
RETURNS
 
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for paying the return postage.
Once Walnut lane has received the product/products undamaged you will be issued store credit, shipping fees excluded.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
-Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
-Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
We recommend adding extra cover if the product/products are valued over $100.
If the parcel gets lost in transit we cannot offer a refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Sometimes orders/parcels are handled too roughly and unfortunate situations you will receive your order damaged. If you receive your order damaged, please contact Walnut lane within 7 days to discuss. 
We do reserve the right to request that items be returned for inspection before issuing a refund. Return shipping is buyers responsibility. Please take photos of the packaging and the item/items.
Please ship in protective packaging as goods damaged in return shipping will not be refunded. Once we have received the item back in good order and confirmed the fault or damage, we will refund the cost of the item or provide a replacement item and ship it to you for free.
